Joseph Rimac
Joseph M. Rimac received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Stanford University. Mr. Rimac received his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School, where he served as an instructor of legal writing (1974-1976). Mr. Rimac is licensed to practice law in California. Mr. Rimac has over thirty years of experience in all aspects of civil litigation, including international commercial law, intellectual property, transportation law, products liability, insurance and reinsurance, employment law and ERISA.
Mr. Rimac has litigated in state and federal courts throughout the United States and has substantial experience participating in litigation throughtout the world. His experience includes trials, arbitrations and appeals at all levels. Mr. Rimac has lectured on numerous insurance and transportation law issues at seminars throughout the country.
Mr. Rimac is a member of the Bar Association of California, the Defense Research Institute and the American Bar Association, as well as an associate member of the Trial Lawyers of America.
