Anna Martin

Anna M Martin received a Bachelor of Science degree in Zoology (Pre-med) from California State Polytechnic University. Ms. Martin received her J.D. with distinction from the University of Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. Ms. Martin is licensed to practice law in California and Nevada. Ms. Martin worked as a law clerk at the Sacramento Attorney General's Office, Environmental Law Division and began her career with Adams, Duque & Hazeltine. Ms. Martin has over fifteen years of experience in all aspects of civil litigation, including life, accident and disability insurance, bad faith, ERISA, employment, personal injury, pest control, toxic torts, construction defect and Unfair Business Practices Act.
Ms. Martin has litigated in state and federal courts throughout the United States. Her experience includes trials, arbitrations and appeals at all levels. Ms. Martin has lectured on several legal issues to professional groups, including those in the disability insurance and pest control industries. Ms. Martin has also provided training to her insurance clients on regulatory claim requirements and regularly reviews and drafts written claims handling materials to reflect changes in the laws.
Ms. Martin is a member of the Bar Association of California, the Nevada State Bar, the Defense Research Institute and the Bar Association of San Francisco and the Incline Village Bar Association. Ms. Martin has served as a board member and committee chairperson on behalf of animal rescue organizations in North Lake Tahoe and Reno, Nevada. Ms. Martin works in both the San Francisco, California and Incline Village, Nevada offices.
